Welcome to Locksmith007. These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile locksmith services within the State of California, specifically serving Monterey County and surrounding areas. By requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our business is committed to providing professional security solutions with integrity and transparency.

Use of Services

Our services are provided for lawful purposes only. Customers must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of ownership or authorization (such as registration or a lease agreement) before any work is performed on a vehicle or property. Locksmith007 reserves the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified or if illegal activity is suspected.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the requested locksmith service. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments as specified by our technician. Labor charges are non-refundable. Hardware refunds are only applicable in the event of a documented manufacturer defect within 30 days of installation, subject to inspection.

Appointments & Cancellations

For scheduled appointments, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For emergency mobile dispatch services, once a technician has been deployed to your location, a base service call fee will be applied and is non-refundable regardless of whether the service is completed or cancelled upon arrival.

Liability

Locksmith007 is not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, ignition systems, or door hardware. In cases of mandatory non-destructive entry attempts, we cannot guarantee that no cosmetic damage will occur. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays or lock failure.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Monterey County, California.
